The HCP was formed June 23 2001 in order to bring honda civic owners closer, they often held Grand Eyeballs to parade different kind of Civics in different concpepts on upgrading and exchange tips and information.

In my opinion, People in the Philippines may not have the best resources but they are really good at visualizing their upgrades and customizations.
